• Families find your row on the page for your state (50 states), in the ZIP search, and on every one of our 58 city pages that sits within 40 miles of your office. Rows are ordered by distance or town and never by payment.
• Repairs, curved lifts, outdoor lifts, showroom and financing: these are the services your manufacturer reports, listed with the brands you carry and their logos.
• Your Bruno or Harmar listing is linked, and it shows your phone number and website.

Quote Requests and How Installers Receive Them

Families who call (888) 314-9397 or send a quote request are passed to installers who serve their ZIP code.

1. The family's request

   They call (888) 314-9397 or send the quote form with their name, ZIP code, stairs and how to reach them. They can pick one installer's row to be asked first.

2. Forwarding it to installers

   Up to three installers serving that ZIP code get the request, beginning with the one the family chose. If that installer has no agreed terms with us, the request passes to installers nearby who have them. The family can still contact their pick via its Bruno or Harmar listing.

3. Written agreement only

   Requests go only to installers that signed terms with Whitman Partners Inc., fee included, before their first request. A listing does not hinge on it.

How to Correct or Claim a Listing

1. Locate your row

   Find your state on the installer list, or type your office ZIP code into the search on the home page.

2. Send us the change by email

   Using the button below starts an email. It asks for five things: the town and state, the business name shown in the locator, which brands you sell, what needs changing or adding and a phone number for us to call and confirm the business is yours.

3. Our team checks and replies

   Before replying by email, we match the business to its manufacturer listing and to the phone number you provide.

Questions from Dealers

Is there any cost to be listed?

There is no charge: a listing is free and stays that way. Quote requests come under a separate written agreement that states the fee per request and is signed before the first request goes out. Ask for it with the quote request button above.

If a family chooses my row and we have no agreement, what happens?

They still have your Bruno or Harmar listing link and your phone number, while the request is routed to installers with agreed terms nearby. No message is sent to you, and nothing in your name goes out.

Could a dealer carrying another brand be added?

Yes. Dealers of brands like Stannah or Handicare can ask us to add them. Before any listing goes live, we verify the business with its manufacturer.

Could I ask for my listing to be removed?

Yes. Send us an email from your business address, and we will take the row down.

Does Stairlift Install belong to Bruno or Harmar?

No. Stairlift Install has no tie to either manufacturer: it is an independent directory, and its owner is Whitman Partners Inc.
